- We are a small, family-owned and operated winery specializing in limited production of handcrafted premium Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Mourvedre, Syrah and Zinfandel. Our vineyards are located on 43 acres in Ramona, California. Our microclimate is perfect for growing red wine grapes. Our wine-making techniques include hand-picked and organically grown grapes, small bin fermentation, hand punch-down of caps, hand press and aging in small oak barrels. We take great pride in every aspect of grape-growing and wine-making to ensure the quality of our handcrafted estate wines.
